Quinoa known as Superfood or Super grain. Quinoa/ சீமை தினை is millets been using most of people in India before rice been introduced. Quinoa is high in protein and fibers. We are very used to eating white rice and forgot about the wonderful Millets been used by our ancestors for years as main grains. Nutritionally quinoa is wholesome grains and gluten-free. This recipe is perfect for weight watchers, gluten-free, people with diabetes ( since fiber and protein is important to keep blood sugar under control) and vegan ( plant-based diets).
How to cooked Quinoa
1 cup Quinoa
2 cup water / Broth
1/4 tsp salt
1.bring water boiled , Add wash quinoa, set simmer in low heat.
2. cook completed with lid on. set for 15 minutes.
